It provides exercises that should help students become aware of the consequences of their decisions to spend, the rewards from thrift, and basic principles establishing and running a successful business. So many adults have made habitually bad decisions in these areas and have paid dearly. Hopefully, materials such as this curriculum will help many young people avoid those types of mistakes.

Kids Cash Course
Knowing how to handle our personal finances is one of the most important educations we can get. While we are young, we are developing habits that will stay with us for a lifetime, and how we handle money has proven to be a determining factor in our future happiness and success.
With 5 years of development and delivery, The Money Academy has produced an innovative and highly effective financial literacy curriculum for 2 – 8th graders. It has been is recognized in the industry for its inquiry based learning methodology.
The principles that we cover include: Money as a Form of Trade, Determining Value, Needs and Wants, Creating Wealth, Compound Interest, Passive and Earned Income.
Each Curriculum set includes:
- A full set of classroom materials and teaching aids to deliver the program
- License agreement for one year of use, for one teacher
- One 3 hour Online Teacher Training program (Accredited CPE Units)
- A student kit for each participant includes: Course Workbook and Freedom financial Planner for students to use in managing their money.
